Introduction:
Homegrown Sports offers Fantasy League Management services and on-line Fantasy Football games open to the public via the website (www.homegrownsport.com). We offer a number of games including both individual and league management solutions.

Terms and Conditions:
By signing up for the fantasy football games, users agree to the following terms and conditions in regards to use of the Homegrown Sports web site:

1. Players signing up for the service are automatically entered into the Homegrown Sports mailing list. Homegrown Sports will periodically send out information email mails with various sports information. Receipients may unsubscribe from the list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every mailing.
2. Homegrown Sports offers absolutely no implied or written committment towards the accuracy, availability, or general play of the games,stats, or any other feature on the website. Players sign up at will and are subject to any changes, problems, or decisions made by Homegrown Sports Inc.
3. Abusive language towards other players will not be tolerated. Any violation of this rule will result in a players removal from the system. This policy also includes inappropraite posts on the league bulletin boards. Homegrown Sports reserves the right to remove any post, for any reason, at any time.
4. A certain level of commitment from players is expected in order to make the games competitive and fun. Homegrown Sports reserves the right to monitor a teams activity and deem their team as "dead" should they find that the player is no longer actively managing their team. We will make every attemtpt to contact the team owner, via email, before any action is taken. "Dead" teams may be taken over by another player, or "frozen" for the remainder of the season.
